This Is Not a Government Office. We operate a private reference resource. We cannot obtain criminal files, conduct an official record review, correct or remove an entry, or receive a New York record-sealing filing. Contact the government custodian directly.
Need an Official Record?

For Sheriff-created reports, contact Seneca County Sheriff Records, 6150 State Route 96, Romulus, NY 14541, 315-220-3428, fax 315-220-3479. Public counter hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding holidays; 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. is by appointment. A focused request should identify the date, location, person, record type, and case, CR, or booking number when known.
The Seneca County Clerk, who serves as Clerk of Supreme and County Court, is at 1 DiPronio Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165, 315-539-1771, weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call first to learn whether the requested criminal paper belongs with that office or the Supreme and County Court chief clerk. The Clerk's advertised online-record service concerns land records and is not a criminal name-search portal.
